11.8% OF THOSE RESIDENCIAL PROPERTIES AVAILABLE, ARE "REO" (REAL ESTATE OWNED) PROPERTIES. THESE ARE PROPERTIES THAT ARE OWNED BY CORPORATIONS. MOST OFTEN THIS INDICATES PROPERTIES THAT HAVE BEEN FORCLOSED.
